1. Individually Scheduled Coaching Sessions

3. Just in Time Coaching Fee Schedule

Before purchasing ‘Just in Time’ Coaching Sessions, please email or phone Frankie (905) 453-7451 first to book a coaching appointment. Then return to this page, select the session and pay for your session through our secure payment processing system.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided.
Coaching session appointments must be booked in advance.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full appointment rate. Cancellations of more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.
